Privacy Policy

Data that stays in your browser

The Access Planner, Rekey Math and Link Compare save your entries (windows, PINs, slider values) only in your browser's local storage. We do not receive them. You can clear them with the Clear button or by clearing site data.

Contact form and early-access sign-up

If you send a message or sign up for early access, your email address and text are stored in Keybot's private Cloudflare R2 bucket. We use your email address only to reply or, for early-access sign-ups, to tell you about Keybot plans. We delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@getkeybot.com.

AI features

Entry Desk sends the text you type to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce a draft. This site does not store that text. Please do not enter personal data or real access codes.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party requests. Local storage holds only the data you enter in the tools and is never used to track you. The site is delivered through Cloudflare.

Your choices

To access or delete a message you sent, email support@getkeybot.com. We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
