Story
Keybot helps people who manage rental homes plan time-boxed key windows for cleaners, vendors and guests, compare rekeying with smart-lock costs, and choose a lock connection type for each building.
Keybot treats access as a schedule rather than an object: every key has a person, a door and a time window, and it can be audited and revoked like a calendar invite. Low-power cellular connectivity (NB-IoT) is a design Keybot is developing for basements, rural units and vacant properties, where Wi-Fi is unreliable; the Keybot lock is not on sale yet.
The toolkit on this site is the working front door of that approach. Landlords and small managers plan access windows, check rekey economics and choose a connection type today, free during early access, and join early access for the paid plans that are coming.
