Every door, every guest, one quiet schedule.

Access is a schedule, not a key.

Keybot is an access-planning toolkit for landlords, small property managers and short-term rental hosts: time-boxed key windows, rekey economics, lock connectivity and AI entry help, with remote-controlled locks that do not need Wi-Fi coming next.

Free while in early access. We use your email only to reply to you or, for early-access sign-ups, to tell you about Keybot plans.

How Keybot works

Problem and solution. Rental managers still share physical keys and static codes, so every turnover, cleaner visit or contractor job risks a lost key, a lockout or a costly rekey, and most smart locks need Wi-Fi, which fails in basements, rural units and vacant properties. Keybot treats access as a schedule, not an object. Keybot is building a remote-controlled lock that does not depend on Wi-Fi, plus an app that will share digital keys with verified third parties, rotate codes and record who entered and when.

Product and business model. Today, four working tools: the Access Planner builds key windows and strong PINs in your browser; Rekey Math finds the break-even month; Link Compare scores Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee and NB-IoT for your building; Entry Desk drafts entry messages, lockout steps and policies. The model is hardware lock sales plus a per-door monthly software subscription, with portfolio onboarding and integrations as add-ons. The free tools bring in landlords who later buy locks.

Vision. Make physical access to rental property as easy to schedule, audit and revoke as a calendar invite, including in places with no Wi-Fi, so no landlord has to rekey a door again.

Plans and roadmap

All four tools are free while Keybot is in early access. The paid plans below are coming, in this order; early-access members hear first.
